To keep your items soft, safe, and looking
their best, please follow these care instructions:

Wash Instructions

• Hand wash all items where possible
• Wash in cold water only
• Use a mild, baby-safe detergent
• Wash all items inside-out to protect embroidery
• Line dry indoors or in the shade
• Wash with like colours only
• Do not soak
• For best results, wash items separately

Do Not

• Do not tumble dry
• Do not wash in warm or hot water
• Do not dry clean
• Do not bleach
• Do not leave items soaking for long periods
• Do not iron directly over embroidery or synthetic
  fabrics
• Do not use fabric softener
• Do not rub or scrub; gently wring if needed

Customised Items

Personalised items must be hand washed
only and washed separately to preserve their detail and quality.

Fast Turnaround & Delivery Times

We take great care in preparing your order with love while ensuring a smooth delivery experience. 💛

All orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days after order confirmation, and we always do our best to send them sooner where possible.
If you need your order urgently, please contact us — we’ll do our best to arrange an earlier dispatch.

Within Australia

• Standard (Parcel Post): 2–4 business days within WA, 3–6 business days interstate
  

• Express (Express Post): 1–2 business days within WA, 1–3 business days interstate
  

New Zealand

• Standard: 6–10 business days
  

International (Selected Countries)
