If you’ve entered the wrong address, please email us at contactbubbuddies@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to update the delivery address. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–4 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and whether you choose standard or express shipping.
Yes, we offer both standard and express shipping options within Australia. You can select your preference at checkout.
Not at this stage. We currently only ship

No, we don’t include printed invoices or prices in the parcel. Your email confirmation serves as your proof of purchase.
Yes, you can enter a different delivery name and address at checkout. While we don’t currently offer gift wrapping or gift boxes, your order will be neatly packed.
RETURN & FAULTY ITEMS
Yes, we accept returns on certain items. Please review our Returns Policy for full details, including what can and cannot be returned or exchanged.
No, all our rompers are customised and made to order, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
If your item is damaged or incorrect, please email us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. For more details, please refer to our Returns Policy.
PRODUCT CARE
All of our products can be gently machine washed using cold water and a mild detergent. We recommend washing items inside out to protect the fabric and embroidery. Avoid tumble drying, and do not iron directly over any embroidered areas to keep them looking their best.
