Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

All of our rompers are personalized and made to order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items unless they are faulty or incorrect.

We kindly ask you to check all details, including size and spelling, before placing your order, as we are unable to make changes once production has started.

Items That Can Be Returned or Exchanged

You can return or exchange the following non-customized items:

  • Blankets (non-personalized)
  • Beanies (non-personalized)
  • Bows
  • Booties

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, and you must provide proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange, please email us at contactbubbuddies@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for your return.

Once we receive your request, we’ll provide instructions and the return address.

Items need to be shipped back to the provided address. We recommend using tracked postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or send out an exchange. Please allow up to 7 business days for refunds to be processed after we receive the return.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 1 or 2 days of receiving it. Email us at contactbubbuddies@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo.

We will arrange a refund, repair, or replacement as quickly as possible.
