At Bubuddies, we take great care in preparing and sending your orders with love. 💛 Below you’ll find all the details about how and when your order will be shipped.

Order Processing Times

  • All orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days after order confirmation.

  • We always try our best to dispatch sooner where possible.

  • If you need your order urgently, please contact us — we’ll do our best to see if we can arrange an earlier dispatch.

  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be shipped together once all items are ready. For faster delivery, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock items.

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Germany, Japan, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Hong Kong, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, Spain, South Korea, Philippines, Brazil and Sweden.

We’re continuously working to expand our delivery network — so if our store is not yet open for your country, please contact us, and we’ll see if we can help with your request and let you know if delivery can be arranged. 🌍

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, your order will be delivered according to the following estimated timeframes (subject to carrier and customs processing times):

Within Australia

  • Standard (Parcel Post): 2–4 business days within WA; 3–6 business days interstate

  • Express (Express Post): 1–2 business days within WA; 1–3 business days interstate

New Zealand

  • Standard: 6–10 business days

USA, UK, Canada, and Other International Destinations

  • Standard: 6–15 business days (most deliveries arrive within 10–15 business days).

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance.

Shipping Partners & Tracking

  • All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your delivery.

  • Once the parcel leaves our warehouse and is marked as “dispatched”, Bubuddies cannot guarantee transit times or be responsible for carrier or customs delays.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

  • United States customers: You do not need to worry about duties or import taxes — these are prepaid by Bubuddies before your parcel arrives, so you won’t be charged any additional fees on delivery. 💛

  • Other international customers: Import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Please check with your local customs office for more details before placing your order.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid duties, an incorrect address, or refusal of delivery, no refund will be issued. Additional shipping charges may apply if you request the parcel to be resent.

Pre-Order Items

  • Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all items are ready.

  • For faster delivery of available items, please place a separate order or contact us to discuss split shipping (additional charges may apply).

  • Estimated pre-order dispatch dates are provided as a guide and are subject to change.

Shipping Costs & Refunds

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless due to an error on our part.

  • If a refund is approved, the original shipping fee will usually be deducted.

Address Accuracy & Returned Parcels

  • Please double-check that your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.

  • Bubuddies is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

  • Parcels returned to us due to incorrect address, unpaid customs duties, or being unclaimed may incur reshipping fees.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels

  • Bubuddies is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once shipped.

  • We recommend keeping your tracking details safe.

  • If an issue arises, we’ll happily assist you in lodging a claim with the carrier.
